Software Requirements by Program Fall 2008
The following is a list of applications that are required by program of study at STI. These programs will be provided to students in the STI laptop lease-to-own program at no additional charge. Students enrolled in any of the programs below that elect not to participate in the STI laptop lease-to-own program must provide these applications on their own.
Basic Minimum Software Requirements
- Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition with Service Pack 3 (or Vista Business Edition)
- Microsoft Office 2007 Professional Edition Suite (with OneNote)
- Windows Internet Explorer version 7 or higher
- Antivirus program with active subscription
In addition to the minimum required software above, each program area requests other software as well. See each area below for your specific additional software needed.
